The head and secretary of Sabyc fertility clinic to be investigated

Bucharest Court of Appeal decided that Harry Mironescu, head of Romanian fertility clinic Sabyc, and his secretary, Cecilia Borza, will be investigated and are not allowed to leave the Romanian capital.
Investigated for human egg trafficking, the two are not allowed to leave Bucharest, contact other people indicted or victims in the egg trafficking scandal during the investigations. The two will be released from custody, as the Court of Appeals’ ruling is final.
Israeli doctor Harry Mironescu can't practice medicine throughout the investigations.Mironescu’s son, Yair Miron, arrested along the two in July, was released on August 21 following a ruling of the Court of Appeals.
The three are accused of forming a criminal group that trafficked human eggs.
