"Adevarul" editor-in-chief wants to win the right of participating in a government meeting through a cutting grass competition against premier Emil Boc

Boc wanted to! The first representative of the Romanian government that dared repeatedly to show he knows how to cut grass. And this is not all. While edging his scythe, Friday, at a farm from Ialomita, the Romanian premier launched a challenge: „If there is somebody of the journalists that knows to cut the grass like me, I’ll invite him to take part in the government meeting.”

„Adevarul” had seriously engaged in the promise and launched a counter-challenge to the prime-minister: if he is such a good scytheman, let him compete against Adevarul editor-in-chied, Grigore Cartianu! And if he’ll manage to cut half of the quantity of grass Adevarul journalist will cut, he will be invited to take part in the editorial meeting.

The hesad of the Government will have the priviledge to set the time or surface, the day, the hour and the place of the confruntation. A potential refusal of the premier will be considered tacit defeat and Grigore Cartianu will have access to a government meeting.
