Patriciu: Euro currency to reach RON4.7 - 4.8 by the end of the year
The European currency rate will reach RON4.7 - 4.8 by the end of the year, and real estate market will stabilize when the prices of apartments will reach EUR700 per square meter, said Rompetrol CEO, Dinu Patriciu.

Asked if he can give a prognosis regarding the rate of exchange future evolution, Patriciu said, in his opinion, euro currency will reach RON4.7 – 4.8.
Referring to the Romanian economy, Patriciu said “the last stage will be the inflation”, suggesting the oil price will rise by the end of the year.
The Romanian real estate market will peg when the price of apartment houses reaches EUR700 a square meter, a level close to the power of buying said Patriciu.
