New CEO Orange Romania says he’ll hire during recession

Orange Romania will hire 300 specialists in the next couple of months to offer IT&C solutions for the companies of France Telecom group it belongs to. The company has a new CEO, Thierry Millet.

Representatives of the company said Orange Romania has around 2,700 employees, and the new positions will be filled by IT&C specialists. Orange Romania’s Center of IT&C services will work with other world companies of France Telecom.
According to Orange officials, the Romanian market is a specific one and the company’s investments are made according to a different plan because the company is not satisfied only with being a simple player on the mobile telephony market.
