The wife of the famous fugitive Mihai Necolaiciuc, former-head of CFR (Romanian Railway Company), was the associate of the brother of the former SRI (Romanian Intelligence Service) head, Radu Timofte, in the management of two commercial societies.

During Radu Timofte mandate at SRI, his brother was doing business with Sînziana Rariţa Necolaiciuc, the wife of the one that was then CFR CEO.

In 2005, Mihai Necolaiciuc, the one who had rifled the Romanian Railway Company, disappeared from the country in spite of the fact he was under the surveillance of SRI, managed, at that time, by Radu Timofte. Now, Timofte claims Necoliaciuc is not a danger for the national security.

Except that, in Radu Timofte's file, his brother, Ioan Timofte (aged 57), and Necoalaiciuc’s wife, Sînziana Rariţa (aged 42), had become partners of two companies in Iasi city: Ferovia Prest SRL and Compania Constructii Feroviare SA.
