Romanian National Defense Ministry’s under-officer Floricel Achim (40 years old) was sent to trial after seven years of selling military information to Ukrainians.
The Romanian officer used to deliver secret information through agent Marinov Zikolov (47 years old). Originary of Islaz, Floricel Achim used to steal data from Ministry of Defense’s computers and passed them to Bulgarian Zikolov.
When discussing, the two used to name the documents stolen “fruits” and Florinel used to have “K1” code name. For the information delivered to Ukraine in the first half of 2008, Zikolov and Floricel received, EUR5.000.
