After a long period of standby, developers have begun to purchase again buildings in their drawing stage. The slots of land sell with the drafts of the new houses. On the other hand, investors rather buy off-plan than involve in greenfield projects.

Part of the projects announced last year remained just paper drafts. Developers have ran out of money and, how banks hardly give loans, woke up in the impossibility of starting working. Thus, they vended slots of land with urban plans and construction authorizations already obtained.
“Eurocredit, the developer of Mediterano Mamaia Residential assembly vend the off-plan of the real estate project on the beach” says an advertisement posted on a real site.
The price solicited for the complex situated 800 meters away from Mamaia resort is EUR 4.2 million.
