Corruption: An Iraqi citizen was blackmailed by two policemen with fake terorism file

The Blackmailed policemen were part of the Service for Terrorism Control. They have been arrested and risk up to 20 years in detention.
Anti-terrorist officer Ginel Adrian Margarit, aged 33, and Daniel Cupe, aged 29, tricked Iraki refugee Al Dulaimi Mohamad telling him he was being investigated for terrorism and money laundering. The police officers and intermediary Ulise Bolmmadar negotiated the "clearance" of his fake file, in exchange of EUR30,000.
Consulting the phone calls of the blackmailers with the Arabian man, the authorities noticed they never used the word „money”. When they received EUR5,000 from the Iraqi citizen, the two policemen expressed their joy: ”Finally, we’ve settled the wedding date!”
