Lucian Torj, former regional councillor, used to be the head of a gang from Timisoara.

The group of the politician used to have as main activities procurement, slavery and money retrieval.
PSD councillor in Biled vilage – Timis, Lucian Torj (30 years old) used to govern Timisoara. When there was money to make, there was nothing that could cross his track. He stole and changed the color of a horse so that its owner wouldn’t recognise it.
On February 18, 2009, Torj was arrested, charged of founding a law-breaking network in 2007.
