Videanu: 10,200 employees of the Ministry of Economy will be dismissed
The Romanian ministry of Economy, Adriean Videanu, announced today that 10,200 employees of the companies subordinated to the ministry will be dismissed by the end of the year.
Videanu couldn’t say which is the saving that this measure of staff cut would bring.
The minister said the process of reorganization of the companies subordinated to the Ministry of Economy started at the beginning of 2009 and develops in accordance with Law no. 31 of the trade companies.
Also, the nuclear agency will be agglomerated with the National Agency for Radioactive Fells, and the Agency for Energy Conservation will be taken over by the National Agency of Energy Regulation.
