Romanian currency drops to EUR 4.29
The rate of exchange raised to 4.29 lei per euro on the banking market. Leu currency was traded for 4.2820 lei/euro at debut and soon dipped to 4.2910 lei per euro.
The regional currencies also lost ground versus the euro, the Polish zloty decreasing from 4.2050 to 4.2280 per euro, while the Czech koruna slipped from 25.82 to 25.90 versus the single European currency.
