McDonald’s Romania is changing its CEO
Marian Alecu leaves McDonald’s Romania after 16 years of activity and 12 years of being the company’s CEO. Alecu intends to start a new business in trade domain in the following period.
This has been a unilateral decision. From now on, I stop working for McDonald’s. 16 years I have spent in a multinational company, among which 12 as a general director is too much, said Marian Alecu for “Adevarul” daily.
He went on saying he would launch a personal business that had nothing to do with fast food area.
The former head of McDonald’s Romania said he would be partner of a world company that is not present in our country yet, in his new business.
The Romanian manager will be replaced by a Canadian.
