Gorbunov’s prosecutors, reinvested

Forbearance High Court of Cassation and Justice forgave the prosecutors, who have contributed to the release of the convict Serghei Gorbunov, on the ground that he was suffering from glaucoma.

Heads of Dolj Court Law got back their jobs, after being dismissed from CSM.
The Superior Council of Magistrate is forced to apply the Supreme Court’s decision and reinvest Ghoerghe Stoian, first prosecutor of Dolj Court Law, his adjunct, Tena Tulitu, and Ioana Sandu, the head of judicial Section, in their functions.
The three have missed out to appeal the moment Dolj Court Law decided to set free, on medical ground, Serghei Gorbunov, condemned at 15 years for armed robbery. The case has become public after Gorbunov was declared suspect of the double crime at an exchange point in Brasov.
