Dinu Patriciu to purchase 54.1 % of Deutsche Land shares

Black Sea Global Properties Co. (BSGP), managed by the Romanian businessman Dinu Patriciu, subscribed 94.93 million shares from Deutsche Land, at a price of 14 euro-cents per unity.

BSGP got 29 % of Deutsche Land capital, according to a release of the company. Deutsche Land owns 626 million euro real estate assets in Germany.

Patriciu’s company plans buying another package of 167,493,489 shares at the price of 0.12 pounds / share, this way, owning 54.1 % of Deutsche Land.
