Bucsaru, subscribed for the money clean broked by Necolaiciuc

The companies of Dumitru Bucsaru, the owner of Unirea Urziceni footbal team, received, illegally, money from an European state-guaranteed loan.

One of the last actions of the Romanian Railway thief was to purchase hundred-thousand-euro climbing equipments for the railway employees.

The money wasted by Mihai Necolaiciuc and on which Dumitru Buscasru took benefit of, came from the European Bank of Investments. The purpose was to finance the rehabilitation works of the railway infrastructure affected by the 2000 floods.

In 2002, Bucsaru’s companies were paid from this fund, at Nicolaiciuc’s orders, in exchange of some sticker and sanitary objects deliveries. With the money desined to food effects rehabilitation „the thief from CFR” bought light bulbs, refrigerators, car oil and indigo sheets of paper.

According to prosecutors, Necolaiciuc spent six million euro of the money destined to the program of reconstructing the damaged or distroyed public infrastructure in April 2000 floods.

In the same time, Nicolaiciuc also bought climbing equipments for his employees.
