Who offers the least for a house apartment?
Real estate developers bring on the Romanian markets an auction method of buying houses, encouraging customers to buy houses at smaller and smaller prices, down to a minimum threshold.

Here is an example of “Dutch auction”: if the maximum price asked by the developer is EUR 40,000 for a one-room flat, buyers can begin the auction with EUR 600 less and continue until reaching a minimum price, established initially, which was EUR 37,000. And if the flat was not adjudged at this price, it would be sold to the first bidder that bided more than the minimum threshold (EUR 37,000).
Five properties will be put up to auction Sunday at the National Real Estate Fair.
