Managers of Snagov Astoria Complex don’t feel guilty about the death of the 19 year-old man drowning in the lake.

Ionut Grigore, head of Astoria Complex, admitted there was no specialized rescue team on Lake Snagov.
The body of Gheorghe Butnaru (19 years old), the young man who drowned, on Sunday, in Lake Snagov, was recovered yesterday, at 5 p.m., by a team of divers of Bucharest Emergency Inspectorate.
Radu Viziteu (49 years old), “the rescuer” who let the young man drown, was hospitalized in Bagdasar Hospital, claiming he has a sudden depression and avoiding the police’s investigation. Viziteu has been working for 15 years for “Astoria” and he handles boat rentals, in spite of his incapacity of swimming.
The administrator of Astoria Complex, Ionut Grigore, says there are no specialized rescuers in Snagov, though the company has been renting boats for a long time.
