Romanian executed by the Chinese state
Andrei Negrea had left for China last year, without announcing his father. He was identified by the DIICOT investigators as a member of a broad international drug trafficking network.
Marius Cazac, chief of DIICOT Suceava confirmed Andrei's arresting, death sentence and execution.
No official of Ministry of Foreign Affairs knew about the execution.
