The Romanian writer and journalist Ion Cristoiu will join, starting from Monday, September 7, the team of “Adevarul” commentators.

Appreciated and contested in the same time, Ion Cristoiu had great successes in the 90s with “Zig-Zag” and “Express Magazine” magazines and “Evenimentul Zilei” daily. A month ago, the famous journalist closed his collaboration with “Intact” trust’s TV channels. He’d rather drop the status of employee and dedicated his time more to the writing.
Ion Cristou was born on November 16, 1948, in Găgeşti, Vrancea district. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy from Cluj Babeş-Bolyai University, in 1971. Since then he had worked in the Romanian media, almost ceaselessly.
Ion Cristoiu will write every Monday edition in "Adevarul" daily.
