Fraud. A sub-officer of the Military Achieves sold thousands of false certificates for political deportation, with the help of whom his “customers”, now accused, managed to rise their pensions.

“Don’t you want a bigger pension?” Ion Andronescu, a retired man, was in a gambling hall, when he was approached by this guy who assured him he had a sure receipt: a false certificate of political under-privileged and an acceptance from the Labour Direction. He agreed and gave 30 lei bribery.

Andrei Vasile, 57 years old, was picked at in a bar and paid 300 lei for the raise.

The fraud's stars are major Florica Iordache, from the National Archieves, who used to give false certificates, Carmen Olescher and Gheorghe Loghin, member of the committee who used to validate the pension annex, and Ionita Alexandru, the leader of the sector 3 Roma Party, who used to coordinated the network.
