Top 100 cele mai bune cântece ale secolului, potrivit Rolling Stone VIDEO
0Revista americană Rolling Stone a publicat în numărul de iulie o listă a celor mai bune 100 de cântece ale secolului XXI, în urma unui sondaj realizat în rândul artiştilor, criticilor de muzică şi profesioniştilor din industrie, pentru a contura momentele esenţiale ale unei epoci.
Pe primul loc în top 100 este piesa „Crazy in Love“ - piesa de pe albumul de debut solo al cântăreţei Beyoncé, lansată în 2003, la care a colaborat cu soţul ei Jay-Z. Pe locul al doilea a ieşit piesa hip-hop „Paper Planes“, a cântăreţei M.I.A, lansată în 2007, urmată de „Seven Nation Army“ de la The White Stripes (2003), arată lista Rolling Stone.
Revista Rolling Stone scrie că în anii 2000 s-a produs „o cantitate incredibilă de muzică“ şi „am avut norocul să asistăm“ la debutul carierei unor vedete ca Beyonce, Drake, Jack White sau Adele, dar şi la strălucirea unor staruri deja consacrate, precum Beck, Outkast sau U2.

Printre piesele de pe primele locuri se regăsesc şi „99 Problems“ - Jay-Z (locul 5), „Runaway“- Kanye West feat. Pusha T (locul 7), „Rolling in the Deep“ - Adele (locul 8), „Toxic“ – Britney Spears (locul 14), „Rehab“ - Amy Winehouse (locul 20) şi „Bad Romance“- Lady Gaga (locul 21).
În prestigiosul top se regăsesc şi ritmurile latino-americane, din care nu putea să lipsească „Despacito“ (locul 91), piesa-fenomen interpretată de Luis Fonsi alături de compatriotul său portorican Daddy Yankee, care a doborât recordurile în 2017. Versiunea aleasă este remix-ul realizat în colaborare cu Justin Bieber.
Daddy Yankee este inclus în topul 100 şi cu piesa „Gasolina“, pe care revista americană o consideră „un punct de cotitură al ascensiunii genului reggaeton în muzica mondială“.
